NOV 2013 Three Exterior Renovations

Recently, I've worked on three different exterior renovation projects. I'll post photos of the finished projects soon:

A single family residence in need of new paint. I suggested adding trim to bring the large facade into scale with neighboring homes. Paint has been completed--still to come, new lighting, house numbers, mailbox slot.

NEW PAINTBEFORE  

A single family home--the clients wanted to move in quickly so they didn't want to do any major structural work. Upgrades included new paint, new glass garage doors, and new lighting. New fence and gate at the top of the stairs, new front door, and new landscaping are still be completed.

EXTERIOR RENOVATION PLANBEFORE 

Multi-unit condo complex--developed a new modern paint scheme for a residential building overlooking the bay in North Beach.
